Solutions by Sanford is seeking a Registered Nurse for travel staffing at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND. The role focuses on delivering individualized nursing care across patient populations, collaborating with physicians, and coordinating care along the continuum.

The nurse will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate outcomes while upholding professional standards and ethics.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA) preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice and/or multistate licensure if applicable.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care, including education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
• Maintain competencies and adhere to Nurse Practice Act and professional ethics.
