Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Unencumbered RN license in the state where practice occurs; multistate license acceptable under NLC.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and other inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Plan and coordinate care, perform patient assessment and education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
• Practice within the Nurse Practice Act and applicable state rules and standards.
