Solutions By Sanford is seeking a Registered Nurse for travel assignments at Sanford Med Center in Fargo, ND. You will provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process and collaborate with physicians and other professionals to plan, implement and evaluate patient care across all phases of prevention, treatment and follow-up.

This role offers 36-hour weekly shifts with a starting rate of 2758. The package includes health, dental and vision insurance, life and retirement benefits, and

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA. Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs and/or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide individualized patient care.
• Collaborates with physicians and inter-professional team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Demonstrates competency within the full scope of nursing practice as defined by state regulations.
• Plans and coordinates care, conducts patient assessment, provides education and triage as needed.
• Operates within professional standards and ethics for nursing care delivery.
