Job summary

Solutions by Sanford is seeking RN travelers for Chamberlain Medical Center on 12-Hour Rotating Shifts. Contracts are 14 weeks with the option to extend or go to another Sanford site.

The RN delivers care using the nursing process, collaborates with physicians, and coordinates care across the care continuum. The position requires graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred) and an active RN license in the practicing state, with opportunities to extend while enjoying Sanford's

Qualifications

• Travel nursing experience of at least six months.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred or higher.
• Current RN license in state of practice or multi-state licensure (NLC).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care, education, triage and various nursing interventions.
