Job summary

Solutions By Sanford currently seeks experienced Registered Nurses for travel assignments at Sanford Broadway Medical Center in Fargo, ND. The RN will provide patient care across the nursing process, working night shifts with a 36-hour weekly schedule.

The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and other professionals, with a focus on assessment, planning and follow-up for diverse patient needs in a travel staffing model.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA recognized.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state; multi-state licensure if NLC.
• Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process for patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient assessment, education, triage, and various other nursing interventions.
