Solutions By Sanford is seeking travel RN professionals to support facilities nationwide, including Chamberlain Medical Center. Shifts are 12 hours with rotating schedules, and contracts run for 14 weeks with potential extensions to other Sanford sites.

The role emphasizes nursing process application, collaboration with physicians, patient education, and care coordination across all care phases in diverse clinical settings.

Qualifications

• At least six months of travel nursing experience.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA recognized.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state(s) of practice or multistate licensure (NLC).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, assess patients, educate patients, triage and perform nursing interventions across care settings.
