Sentara Albemarle Medical Center in Elizabeth City, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 14-week travel assignment. The RN will provide bedside care in IMCU/SD/PCU with emphasis on critical thinking, assessment, and planning.

Must have 2+ years of recent bedside RN experience, ADN/BSN/MSN, and current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications. Travel RN role includes comprehensive benefits and market-competitive pay.

• Must have 2+ years of recent bedside RN experience in IMCU/SD/PCU.
• RN degree (ADN/BSN/MSN) from an accredited program.
• Current ACLS, BLS and NIHSS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process with a focus on patient safety and evidence-based practices.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team to ensure smooth patient flow in IMCU/PCU settings.
• Maintain standards of practice and performance as defined by the specialty.
