Job summary

SENTARA MARTHA JEFFERSON MEDICAL CENTER in Charlottesville, VA seeks a Travel RN for an IMCU/Stepdown assignment. This 14-week position requires a minimum of two years of recent RN bedside experience in an acute care IMCU/stepdown setting and EPIC proficiency.

Qualifications

• AT LEAST 2 yrs of RECENT RN bedside experience on an acute care hospital IMCU/STEPDOWN experience.
• EPIC User
• BLS, NIHSS certifications are required

Responsibilities

• Assessing/admitting patients and performing initial assessments.
• Rounding checks and medication administration.
• Communicating with patient families and coordinating care.
• Collaborating with the care team to ensure quality and safety.
