American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Intermediate Care Unit (IMC/PCU/Step Down) in Illinois. An active IL license, ACLS/NIHSS, and BLS are required, along with vaccination and a minimum of 2 years of recent experience.

The role is a 13-week assignment on the night shift, focusing on patient-centered care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and adherence to standards and policies while delivering safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active IL RN license is required.
• ACLS and NIHSS certifications are required.
• BLS certification required; COVID-19 vaccination required.

Responsibilities

• Work in the IMC/PCU/Step Down unit of a hospital or trauma center.
• 13-week assignment on night shift (7:00P – 7:30A).
• Administer medications and treatments per nursing standards and policies.
