Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks an RN specialized in ICU for a 13-week travel assignment in Smyrna, TN. Night shift, 12 hours per shift, three days per week, start 9/21/2026. Unit features 16 beds, patient ratios 2:1, Meditech documentation, and a focus on AIDET and patient teaching.

Official shift times are 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM; unit uses NC technology and offers a modest stipend plus base pay weekly. Travel-oriented benefits and 24/7 staffing support provided.

Qualifications

• Must have positive attitude, teamwork and problem solving.
• Ventilator and sedation management required.
• Medication titration experience preferred.

Location: Smyrna, TN

Shift Type: Night Shift

General Information

Unit Specifics:

• Number of Beds : 16
• Patient Ratios : 2:1
• Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : tech for unit
• Type of equipment : Client Monitors, Nova glucometers, Pyxis med dispense, drager vents
• Documentation system: Meditech
• Scheduling requirements: Every other weekend
• Floating policy: In rotation with full time staff and other travelers
• Patient Experience requirements: AIDET, completion of communication board, medication teaching

• Charcoal gray scrubs

Requested Skill Set:

Must have : positive attitude, teamwork, problem solving

Advanced skills needed: ventilator/sedation management, medication titration

Procedures performed on unit: trach placement, bronchoscopy, cardioversion

Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS

Hospital Specifics-

• Certifications: Trauma III
