Healthforce is seeking a Registered Nurse – Home Health for a travel assignment in Seattle, WA. The position runs 14 weeks, with 40 guaranteed hours per week on 8-hour shifts in a long-term care setting.

Starting 11/09/2026, the role offers weekly pay ranging from $2,337 to $2,431 and requires an WA RN license, an ASN, and the ability to travel locally. CPR is required; CHPN is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current WA RN license required.
• 1–2 years RN clinical care experience; 2+ years home health preferred.
• CPR certification required; CHPN preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.

Responsabilités

• Administer skilled nursing care in clients' homes or care settings.
• Assess patients and contribute to the Plan of Care (POC).
• Develop and evaluate the POC to ensure quality care.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and progress notes.
• Provide care with infection control; educate patients and families.
• Supervise HHA/STNA/LVN staff for continuity of service.
• Assess and manage pain; educate on pain strategies.
• Refer to community resources and coordinate with payers.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities and team meetings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
