LeaderStat is seeking a VT - Home Health RN Case Manager for a 20-week travel contract in Barre, VT. Start Date: 01/05/2026; End Date: 05/25/2026; Shift: 12 hours; 36 hours per week. This is a travel position based in Barre, Vermont.

The role requires an RN license, 1 year of full-time RN experience, recent clinical work, and current BLS/ACLS certifications. LeaderStat provides weekly pay, benefits, and dedicated support for travelers.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a full-time Registered Nurse.
• Clinical experience within the last 2 years.
