Job summary

American Traveler Staffing Professionals is hiring an experienced RN for a GI/Endoscopy Lab position at Magnet Hospital in Denver, CO. The role requires CO or compact RN license and hands-on GI equipment skills. Assignment is 13 weeks, 36 hours per week on a Days, 4x9hrs schedule, starting ASAP.

Candidate must have BLS/ACLS, ASN or Nursing Diploma, and GI/Endoscopy experience with Epic EMR proficiency. Includes call rotations and potential units floating based on patient care needs.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (CO) required.
• Compact license holders must transfer to CO within 60 days of start.
• Current BLS and ACLS (AHA) required, not expiring prior to start.
• ASN or Nursing Diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year GI/Endoscopy experience required.
• Experience performing GI equipment procedures.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Endoscopy Lab of a hospital setting.
• Care for patients undergoing endoscopic and/or invasive procedures with or without sedation.
• Second call rotation every five weeks covering Sat/Sun 0700-0700.
• First call rotation every five weeks from Friday night to Friday morning 1630-0700.
• Floating to other Peri Operative and nursing units may be required.
