Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year acute care RN experience in a hospital setting.
• Current state nursing license.
• Allied 6 months of experience.
• Degree from an accredited school.
• Appropriate certifications as needed for the position.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Perform plan of care interventions, including med administration, specimen collection, treatments, and documenting care.
• Monitor patient condition and communicate with the care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers and discharges.
• Educate patient and family appropriate to age, culture, and condition.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient.
