Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department role in Iowa. The position requires a night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) and an active IA or compact RN license. Candidates should have at least 1 year of RN experience and current BLS/ACLS/PALS (or ENPC); TNCC/NIHSS are preferred.

This travel assignment includes a 13-week contract with a 60-mile radius policy and potential for first-time travelers to be considered. Housing and licensure reimbursements are part of the benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year RN experience
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or ENPC)
• TNCC and NIHSS certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Work in the Emergency Room department

• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• 13-week contract assignment
• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting
• Radius rule of 60 miles applies for this location
