Job summary

VyTalent Solutions is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week travel contract in the Electrophysiology Lab at a hospital in Austin, TX. The role requires 2+ years of nursing experience and ARRT or RCES certification.

The assignment runs 40 hours per week with a 10-hour shift schedule from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The RN will support implant and Watchman procedures, monitor patients, and collaborate with a small team to maintain smooth workflows in a high-volume EP Lab environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of nursing experience.
• ARRT or RCES certification required.
• Travel RN position for EP Lab setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a busy EP Lab setting, performing standard implant procedures and Watchman procedures.
• Monitor patients using Claris system and assist with EP ablation cases.
• Collaborate with a team of 3-4 staff per procedure, including anesthesia.
• Maintain efficient workflow in a high-volume lab with a sense of urgency.
• Adhere to unit policies, dress code, and safety guidelines.
