Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a Travel Nurse RN ED for a 13-week travel assignment in Flowood, Mississippi. This role offers 36 hours per week, 12-hour nights, in the ED with guaranteed hours and weekly direct deposits.

Candidates must have at least 1 year acute care experience, a current RN license, and the appropriate certifications. The position includes housing options or tax-free subsidy and access to HealthTrust’s nationwide network of facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year acute care experience in a hospital setting.
• Current state nursing license.
• Appropriate certifications as required for specific position.
• Degree from an accredited school.
• Demonstrate code of conduct and compliance policies.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform plan of care interventions including medication administration and treatments.
• Monitor and document patient condition and communicate with care team.
• Coordinate patient care across disciplines including transfers and discharges.
• Educate patient and family appropriate to age and condition.
• Advocate for the patient’s physical and emotional well-being.
