Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN in the ED (Emergency Department) for a 13-week assignment in Overland Park, Kansas. This travel role requires 12-hour nights, 48 hours per week, and level 2 trauma center experience.

Must have KS RN license and certifications ACLS, BLS, ENPC or PALS, TNCC, NIH. Advanced trauma knowledge including STEMI, stroke, sepsis, and triage is preferred. Dress code is specified and unit operates with a 24-bed capacity.

Qualifications

• Experience as Emergency/Trauma nurse with minimum 2 years in a level 2 trauma center.
• Required certifications include ACLS, BLS, ENPC or PALS, TNCC, NIH.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in ED for trauma patients per unit protocols.
• Collaborate with team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Adhere to hospital policies, coding, and documentation standards.
