Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel assignment in Spokane, Washington. The role is 13 weeks, 36 hours per week, with shifts across days and nights.

Responsibilities include assessing and stabilizing patients in emergency situations, prioritizing care through triage, and collaborating with a wide range of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. Active RN license and recent ER experience required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Eighteen months of recent ER/acute care experience; specific certifications may be required by client facility

Responsibilities

• Assess, intervene and stabilize patients in ER/trauma cases.
• Perform triage to prioritize injuries based on urgency and severity.
• Provide timely and accurate patient assessments and collaborate with MDT to ensure quality care.
• Maintain patient safety and monitor evolving clinical conditions.
