talent4health is seeking a Travel Nurse RN for the Emergency Department in Urbana, Illinois. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant nursing experience and offers a 36-hour work week with 12-hour shifts.

Essential responsibilities include performing unit duties, implementing and modifying care plans, and maintaining accurate patient documentation. Preferred qualifications include an ASN or BSN and specific certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Strong communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Illinois state RN license in good standing.
• Experience with EPIC system preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform all unit responsibilities as per scope of service.
• Implement procedures related to ED practice.
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care.
