Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) of practice.
• Minimum of one year experience as an RN in an acute care setting or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate actions independently to improve quality of client care.
• Perform client visits to provide skilled interventions within a set timeframe.
• Provide direct care and delegate functions per education and competence.
• Act as client advocate; assess and evaluate health status of assigned clients.
• Collaborate with client, family, and healthcare team to identify needs and goals.
