Sanford Med Ctr Fargo is seeking a travel Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized patient care across diverse settings. The role emphasizes nursing process, collaboration with physicians, and comprehensive care planning in a fast-paced environment.

The RN will assess, educate, triage, and perform nursing interventions while maintaining standards of practice and ethics. A licensure and ongoing competencies are required for practice in the designated state.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• RN license in the state where practice is occurring (or multi-state if applicable).
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Maintain required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized care.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Plan and coordinate patient care, assess patients, and provide education.
• Triage and perform various nursing interventions.
• Practice within the scope and standards of nursing practice and adhere to applicable rules.
