Job summary

Sanford Health in Fargo, ND, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care across all phases of prevention, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up. The role collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate patient care, while following state nursing standards and ethical guidelines.

Responsibilities include planning and coordinating care, patient assessment and education, triage, and performing nursing interventions within the scope of practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Collaborates with physicians and other inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Plans and coordinates patient care, including patient assessment, education, triage and various nursing interventions.
