Job summary

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a travel assignment in Lewiston, Maine. This OR CVOR nurse will provide specialized perioperative care for adult and geriatric patients undergoing cardiac and vascular procedures in a Level III community hospital.

The position offers 10-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week, 13 weeks starting 10/26/2026 with a 1:1 or 1:2 patient ratio; active RN license and BLS required. Travel stipend and comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• RN license and BLS certification required.
• Circulating CVOR experience with aseptic technique.
• Experience with CABG, mitral valve replacement, pericardial window, and TAVR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized perioperative nursing care for cardiac and vascular procedures.
• Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced OR.
• Care for adult and geriatric patients in a Level III trauma community hospital.
