Job summary

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR in Bellingham, WA to join a dynamic perioperative team. You will provide specialized nursing care for cardiac surgery, perform scrub duties, monitor patients, and assist in complex cases in both cardiac and general OR settings.

This role requires 2+ years of cardiac scrub experience, RN licensure in Washington (or licensure in process) and EPIC experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of recent cardiac scrub experience required.
• Active RN license in Washington or license in process.
• Experience with EPIC charting system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized perioperative nursing care for cardiac surgery procedures.
• Perform surgical scrub duties and patient monitoring.
• Assist in complex surgical cases in cardiac and general OR settings.
• Maintain adaptability to case availability and staffing needs.
• Participate in on-call duties with weekend/evening rotations.
