American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN CVICU for a travel nursing job in Hazard, Kentucky. The role requires CVICU experience, valid KY or compact RN license, and a 36-hour work week with 12-hour night shifts.

Responsibilities include ICU care with 1:2 patient ratio, post-op heart patient care, bi-weekly orientation, and travel/licensure reimbursements. Local candidates are not considered.

Formación

• Active KY or compact RN license
• Minimum of 2 years CVICU experience
• Current certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale
• Must have experience caring for fresh post-op heart patients
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility
• Holiday and weekend shifts may be required

Responsabilidades

• Work in the Cardiovascular ICU of a hospital setting
• Patient ratio is 1:2
• Care for cardiovascular patients including fresh heart cases
• Shifts are 12 hours, nights (19:30-07:30) on a 36/48 hour weekly rotation
• Orientation is provided bi-weekly
• Copy of driver’s license required
• No local candidates will be considered
• Travelers not paired together
• Travel and licensure reimbursements provided
