VyTalent Solutions seeks a travel RN for a Corrections assignment in Chatham, VA. This 13-week contract offers 36 hours per week with day shifts, paying $1,414 to $1,700 weekly.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years as an RN and 1–3 years in a correctional setting, hold a valid RN license, and are willing to obtain Virginia licensure. Responsibilities include assessments, med administration, EMR documentation, and HIPAA compliant care in a secure setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as an RN.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in a correctional setting.
• Valid RN license; willingness to obtain Virginia licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and deliver acute and chronic care within the RN scope in a correctional setting.
• Manage medication administration, triage, and emergency response per correctional standards.
• Document patient care in EMR with HIPAA-compliant practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a secure environment.
