Job summary

Mental Health Association of Rochester in Medora, ND is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide personalized patient care across diverse settings. You will apply the nursing process to deliver high-quality care and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree, an unencumbered RN license (NLC acceptable), at least one year of nursing experience including six months in travel nursing, and the ability to obtain necessary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practice state or multistate licensure (NLC).
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience, including six months in travel nursing.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications and competencies.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver high-quality care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide care across all phases, including preventative, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Coordinate care, perform patient assessments, educate patients, and execute various nursing interventions.
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards, scope of practice, and ethical guidelines as outlined in relevant regulations.
