Qualifications

• 1+ year of recent experience in this specialty and setting.
• Valid nursing license as required by this state.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through AHA recommended and may be required.
• Specialty-related certifications are preferred and may be required.
• Professional References.

Responsibilities

• Cath lab nurses may scrub in for procedures, assisting during cardiac catheterizations and monitoring rhythm and vitals.
• In emergencies, perform CPR and defibrillation as needed and support up to multiple procedures per shift.
• Travel cath lab nurses are highly requested and receive strong pay, benefits, and clinical support.
