Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced Cath Lab RN to join a dynamic cardiovascular team in Louisiana. The role supports high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, technologically advanced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in Cath Lab, active RN licensure, BLS and ACLS, and is calm under pressure. ICU or ER background is a plus. Travel/contract assignment with 40-hour weeks and day shifts.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing (state-specific or compact).
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience.
• Preferred ICU or ER experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and other interventional procedures.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and hemodynamic status before, during, and after procedures.
• Administer medications and manage sedation per protocol.
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields and equipment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond promptly to emergent cases.

Job Title: Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Louisiana, 71111

Pay: $2,400 per week (gross)

Schedule: Day Shift: 40 hours per week

Rotation: 4-week schedule cycle - 5x8s for 3 weeks, 4x10s for 1 week

Call Requirements: 1-2 calls per week and 1 weekend every 4 weeks

Contract Type: Travel / Contract Assignment
