TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Jackson, Mississippi. The RN Case Manager will advocate for patients, coordinate short and long-term care, and work with a skilled team to improve outcomes while reducing hospital stays.

Requirements include 1–2 years of case management experience, BLS, and an active RN license. The position offers travel allowances, a 13-week assignment, and a 40-hour workweek in day shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent case management experience.
• Current RN license and BLS certification.
• Ability to travel and work 40 hours/week with 8-hour days.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess new patients.
