American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager for an acute care Care Coordinator role. The candidate must have prior Dignity Health/CommonSpirit experience and an active CA RN license.

The position features a 13-week assignment with 12 hours of orientation, 8-hour shifts from 08:30 to 17:00, and weekend coverage. Travel and licensure reimbursements are offered, along with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active CA RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• LA City Fire & Safety certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and manage caseload within an acute care hospital setting.
• Use Cerner EMR to document and track patient progress.
• Manage 8-hour day shifts from 08:30 to 17:00.
• Work 2 weekends per month as scheduled.
• 13-week assignment with 12 hours of orientation.
