American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager for a 13-week acute care hospital assignment in South Carolina. A SC or compact RN license is required, with BLS and 1–2 years of acute hospital case management experience preferred.

The role involves coordinating patient care in a 313-bed facility, working 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with weekend rotation and possible PRN coverage. Travel and licensure reimbursements are provided.

Qualifications

• RN license in SC or a compact state.
• BLS certification required.
• 1–2 years of acute hospital case management experience.
• CCM/ACM certification preferred but not required.
• Travel experience preferred.
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months.
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration.
• One professional reference required (two for Florida and Missouri candidates).

Responsibilities

• 13-bed? 313-bed for-profit acute care hospital setting in the Case Management department.
• Patient ratio of 1:25–1:30.
• Supported by 2 Case Management Assistants in the department.
• Uses MediTech, Midas, CarePort, Facility Scheduler, and Kronos documentation systems.
• Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with weekend rotation on a PRN basis.
• Expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.
• Floating required within hospital units.
• Business casual dress code required.
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates will not be considered.
• Holiday coverage required in rotation with hospital staff.
