Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Hermiston, Oregon. As an RN Case Manager, you will coordinate care for patients, educate families, and collaborate with doctors and social workers to develop and update comprehensive plans.

You will document medical records and work with insurance to manage decisions and outcomes. Requirements include BLS certification and 2 years of case management experience.

Qualifications

• BLS certification.
• 2 years of case management experience.
• 13-week assignment with 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
