Requirements include a LA RN license (or Compact), 2+ years Case Manager experience, and BLS certification. You will provide bedside care, develop care plans, administer meds, collaborate with doctors, document in EMR, and uphold patient safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Case Manager experience preferred.
• Current LA RN license or Compact RN license if eligible.
• BLS certification through AHA.
• Additional unit certifications may be required.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care in the Case Manager unit
• Create and update individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Document patient care accurately in EMR systems
• Promote patient safety and quality outcomes
