Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Travel RN for the Cardiac Stepdown (PCU) in Cleveland, Ohio. The role requires 18 months of recent cardiac stepdown experience and an OH license, with 3x12 shifts and day/night rotation.

Qualifications

• 18 months of recent permanent cardiac stepdown experience in specialty required; travel experience accepted.
• Active OH or compact RN license required.
• AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Ability to complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Stepdown Float Pool covering a hospital setting.
• Cardiac stepdown and progressive care patient population.
• 3x12 hour shifts per week with day/night rotation (7:00am-7:30pm and 7:00pm-7:30am).
• Float pool assignment may require floating to different units as needed.
• Traveler is required to work at least every other holiday.
