Job summary

UCHealth Anschutz - Aurora is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU). This full-time role covers day and night rotation with a 72-hour per pay period schedule.

You will provide direct patient care using the nursing process, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and precept new staff while prioritizing safety and evidence-based practice. A CO RN license or eNLC privileges, ACLS, BLS, and 1 year of experience are required.

Qualifications

• CO RN license or eNLC privileges.
• 1 year nursing experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in CICU using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Precept new staff and students, supporting growth and onboarding.
• Maintain patient safety and high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Shift: Day and Night Rotation

Pay: $50.00 per hour plus travel package/stipend

13 week assignments available

Minimum Requirements

• CO RN license or eNLC privileges
• 1-year experience
• ACLS
• BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
