Job summary

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab RN for a 13-week assignment in Phoenix, AZ. Candidate must hold an AZ or Compact RN license and have 2+ years of RN experience in a Level I trauma center or busier setting.

Shifts are days, 3x12s, with on-call, weekend, and holiday requirements. Cerner and Xper charting systems are used; Relias exam and sterile technique check are required prior to offer.

Qualifications

• Active AZ or Compact RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required.
• Level I trauma center experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Must pass Relias Dysrhythmia exam with a minimum score of 80%.
• Sterile Technique skills check on first day of orientation.

Responsibilities

• RNs circulate in cath lab (not scrub).
• Support from charge nurse on unit.
• On-call required with 6–10 shifts per schedule and 30-minute response time.
• Weekend coverage required (4 shifts per 4-week cycle).
• Holiday coverage required as part of rotation.
