Responsibilities include planning and administering care, monitoring patient status, and collaborating with the care team. Requirements include active RN license, minimum 1 year acute care, and appropriate certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year acute care experience in a hospital setting.
• Current state nursing license.
• Appropriate certifications as required for specific position.
• Degree from an accredited school.
• Demonstrate code of conduct and compliance policies.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan of care interventions including medication administration and treatments, documenting care.
• Monitor patient condition and communicate to care team, physician, patient and family.
• Coordinate patient care across disciplines, including transfer and discharge needs.
• Educate patient and family appropriate to age, culture, and condition.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
