• Provide high-quality nursing care to neonates in the NICU setting.
• Assist with labor, delivery, and recovery of patients, including high-risk cases.
• Care for neonates from admission until discharge, stabilizing and supporting neonates as needed.
• Perform procedures such as central line placement and intubations under protocol.
• Support unit staff with documentation and equipment maintenance as required.
