Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Travel Nurse RN with Cardiac Cath Lab specialty for a 13-week assignment in Cleveland, Ohio.

The role offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and a travel employment type designed to provide comprehensive patient care in the cath lab environment. The RN will monitor patients during cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures, assist with sedation and intra-procedural care, and deliver discharge education.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years critical care or Cardiac Cath Lab experience preferred.
• RN licensed in the state of work; ACLS may be required by state/client contract.
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills and HIPAA awareness.

Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab.
• Circulate and scrub during cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures.
• Discharge teaching for patients and families including medication and lifestyle changes.
• Monitor vital signs and patient status pre- and post-procedure.
• Ensure accurate consent documentation and patient data accuracy.
