Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab assignment requiring an active GA or Compact RN license and at least 18 months of relevant experience. Participation is a 13-week travel assignment with 10-hour AM shifts and no on-call duties.

The role requires nursing care in the Cardiac Cath Lab and residency must be >50 miles from the facility. Benefits include housing allowance, licensure reimbursements, and travel support; Emory/Houston staff rules apply for eligible

Qualifications

• Active RN license (Georgia or Compact)
• Minimum 18 months of relevant experience
• CVOR RN candidates must have 18 months minimum full-time CVOR experience within the last 3 years
• CVOR RN candidates must have all 3s and 4s ratings for cardiac and vascular procedures with strong endovascular experience

Responsibilities

• Work in the Cardiac Cath Lab unit of a hospital environment
• 13-week travel assignment
• AM shift schedule with 10-hour shifts
• No on-call responsibilities
• Provide nursing care within the Cardiac Cath Lab setting
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for consideration
• Former Emory or Houston permanent staff must be separated for 1 year prior to returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• Strict RTO policy: maximum of 5 days off if not falling on or near a holiday, or maximum of 3 days if falling on or near a holiday
• Only one holiday time-off request is allowed per assignment

• CVOR RN candidates must have all 3s and 4s ratings for cardiac and vascular procedures with strong endovascular experience


• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
