Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing seeks a travel nurse RN for Bone Marrow Transplant in Webster, TX. The role supports patients undergoing or recovering from highly immunosuppressed procedures and requires an active RN license with acute care BMT experience.

The assignment spans 13 weeks at 36 hours per week, with day shifts (12-hour) in a travel capacity. BLS/ACLS and a nursing degree from an accredited program are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required for practice in Texas.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a clear record.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• At least 18 months experience in acute care Bone Marrow Transplant.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients undergoing or recovering from BMT.
• Review labs and treatment parameters; ensure safe chemotherapy/biotherapy use.
• Coordinate care with oncology, hematology teams and support services.
• Document treatment responses and any adverse events promptly.
