Job summary

Horizon Health is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for Behavioral Health in Clive, IA. This 13-week assignment is full-time with a 3x12 schedule, requiring every other weekend and night shifts. You’ll join Horizon Health’s Adventure RN program and receive orientation before your first assignment.

Qualifications

• Current Iowa RN license or compact/multi-state license.
• At least one year of nursing experience in behavioral health or related area.
• Current CPR or BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, record and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Maintain accurate patient reports and medical histories.
• Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure the best possible care for the patients.
