Healthforce is seeking a Registered Nurse for an adolescent behavioral health inpatient unit in Danvers, MA. This travel assignment runs for 13 weeks with start on 11/23/2026 and a weekly pay range of $2,317–$2,523, with 72 guaranteed hours biweekly.

Responsibilities include direct nursing care, crisis intervention per CPI, medication administration, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans. Licensure and certifications are required at submission.

Qualifikationen

• Active Massachusetts RN license at submission
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• CPI certification or ability to obtain during onboarding
• 2+ years in adolescent behavioral health or addiction/recovery settings

Aufgaben

• Provide direct nursing care for adolescent inpatients on an inpatient behavioral health unit, focusing on stabilization and safety.
• Conduct mental status assessments, monitor symptoms, identify risks, and apply CPI-guided de-escalation.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses and adverse effects.
• Collaborate with psychiatry, social work, and addiction/recovery staff to create and modify care plans.
• Document assessments and progress, participate in discharge planning and care coordination.
