Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Solutions By Sanford provides individualized care across shifts at Bismarck Med Ctr in Bismarck, ND. You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care and collaborate with physicians and the care team.

Contracts run 14 weeks with the option to extend or transfer to another Sanford site. Travel experience and an accredited nursing program are required; licensure must be in good standing. Weekly pay includes a stipend and Sanford benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA pathways.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the state board or multistate licensure in NLC states.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process across patient care settings.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care, including triage, education, and follow-up across all phases of care.
