Solutions By Sanford is seeking a Registered Nurse for travel assignments at Bismarck Medical Center in Bismarck, ND. This 14-week contract involves 12-hour night shifts with extension options to Sanford sites. Eligibility requires living 60 miles from the facility and valid RN licensure.

The RN handles assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, collaborating with physicians and the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes. Travel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of nursing experience.
• At least six months of travel experience.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (e.g., AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in current practicing state or multistate licensure (NLC).
• Maintains department competencies and required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within scope of nursing practice.
• Educate patients and coordinate care transitions across units.
