Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) position with Solutions By Sanford provides travel nursing opportunities in Fargo, ND. The RN will use the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, collaborating with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.

Shifts are 12 hours with rotating schedules; weekly hours total 36. Benefits are provided; contracts run for 14 weeks with potential extensions to other Sanford sites.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
Current RN license in the practicing state or multistate license.
At least 1 year of nursing experience.
At least 6 months of travel nursing experience.
Live at least 60 miles from the assignment location.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues.
Perform patient assessment, education, triage, and care coordination.
Deliver care across preventative, diagnostic, treatment, and follow-up phases.
