Solutions By Sanford is seeking an RN for travel assignments at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND. Contracts run for 14 weeks with the option to extend or transfer to another Sanford site. The role involves day shifts, 12-hour shifts, and a 36-hour workweek.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience, 6 months travel experience, and reside at least 60 miles from the location. Sanford offers comprehensive benefits; drug screening and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license.
• Eligible for multistate licensure (NLC) if applicable.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate care across prevention, treatment, and follow-up.
