Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Sanford Broadway Med Ctr in Fargo, ND provides individualized nursing care using the nursing process across all phases of care. You will collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan, implement and evaluate patient care in a rotating shift environment.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an RN license in the state (or multi-state), and a minimum of one year experience with travel exposure.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multistate licensure when applicable.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• At least six months of travel experience.
• Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, patient assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
• Practice within the Nurse Practice Act and state regulatory standards.

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)
